Holy crap that was suspenseful...

The day passed more or less uneventfully.
When they finally discovered Silanah's corpse, strong words were thrown around, suggesting that now that he was dead, his ideas might somehow be more valid.
Several people surrounded Fener, armed with harsh words, and more importantly, pointy steel things.
However, Fener dodged any aggression by finally producing his Heshette Horse, beard, turban and accent. From... somewhere.
Suspicions somewhat reduced, people backed off; general inactiveness meant that anyone who really wanted him dead happened to be too lazy.
As the moon rose, several shadowy figures sharpened their blades; ready to deliver death during the night.
One figure, distant and apart from the group, smiled with a mouth of fangs as all the chaos unfolded at the end of the day, and casually he picked his next recruit from the bunch.

It is Night Two
No one was lynched.
I am stating the obvious.

Well shit, I screwed up on my reading. I missed the last couple of Fener's posts including his 'reveal'. People need to stop the quintuple posting...

If telling the truth, he revealed more than the info Lish would have given us.

Just noticed this, missed it the first time I read the scene - someone with book knowledge have any idea who this could be? Also, next recruit seems to imply that there was one on night one...

Read Meanas' post above mine. He insinuated (in my mind, though I apparently am finding insinuations where none actually exist) that Fener and Korlat were teamed when he said that Korlat was oblivious to the apparent fact that the Deepgate series contains 100 foot tall angels, yet went on to give detailed explanations about the series later on. Taking this to the next step, I concluded that Fener, who specified that he was a knowledgeable person on Deepgate lore, is paired with Korlat and is giving him intelligent things to say. Also, LONG NIGHT IS LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG!!!!!!!! (I think someone said this means I'm gonna hunt down and kill somebody, but I'm feeling complacent, so I'll just stick some of your avatars on Doom monsters )
