Wow, I keep being amazed at how good your are Dolmen. With a bit of colour to make their armour look glittery and shiny, that looks just like how I picture him.

LOL thanks guys and ya, its true he could be bigger and brawnier but I have trouble visualizing a skinner vs dassem event if skinner turns out as the malazan worlds personal juggernaut.

can easily bulk him up for the sketch of their fight (be done with it next week I hope)
but I dont plan to make him physically bulkier than this, will probably just bulk up the armour a bit.

any takes on how I should do a dassem skinner scene??

yea i would say he needs to be bigger, or the armor around him does, cause thats how i always visualized him, encased in armor.

pretty sick drawing. man if i could draw ... i'd sit and draw scenes from these novels all. day. long. eating is for the weak

oh and yeah, it does seem like the shoulders need to be a bit more broad. especially for those massive armored pecks .. the chest seems too big for his size. so maybe bigger shoulders or less bulgy pecks. but bigger shoulders = more badass =P

And Setálahd Crool, a jhag half-blood who had once driven Dassem ultor back a half-dozen steps in furious counterattack, his sword ablaze with the blessing of an unknown ascendant. he is mentioned by WJ when telling the story of QB, his soul now resides inside QB

Hey all

I cant colour it but, just as a feeler, would anyone wanna colour it?

As it is, wont be colouring anything till late august so I think any one
interested can go for it and maybe we can make it a competition?

Again just checking for interest, otherwise my colours will come much later on

not to mention all credit to the colour artists would be given on DA, probably through
the Malazan art guild there. I think I can even try work out a reward somehow.
Not too sure what kind but we can think something up...(ey tattersail )

Huh? Oh... I've only read Erikson's side of these stories (Book of the Fallen stuff). How is Esslemont's stuff?? I really should branch out from Erikson lol.

Opinion is varied. Some think it's shite, others quite like it. I'd read it for more Malaz goodness even if it isn't the quality of Erikson. You might like it, too.
