Okay, just to explain since some people seem to have the impression I might be mad about the demotion.

As far as I know, nobody had a problem with my work as a moderator. The problem lied in that every time somebody got reprimanded or sent a PM for doing something annoying or in violation of the code of conduct the reply would almost certainly be a variation of "but why are people like dkt, Illy or Apt allowed to post naughty things or say bad words in capital letters then, without being sanctioned?". Now, whether somebody needs a stern talking to or a whack with the mod stick or not, that's up to the staffs own judgement. It's another thing when a moderator keeps being brought up as an example of a rule breaker.

I am who I am, I didn't really change my style when I became a moderator. I can't mention the amount of times I've been scolded by the other moderators for this or that picture. I guess I could have just stopped posting pictures all together and put some more restraint on myself in general, but that doesn't really sound that fun. We had our difference in the opinion of certain aspects of the forum style. So I've been demoted.

That doesn't mean I'm going to become mad and storm out. Or start making a fuss over things. I might be a bit more careful with the pictures, because now they could actually BAN ME

but I'm not going to change anything.

The wiki actually has a page on it about all the admins and mods which hadn't been updated for about 6 years until a couple days ago when I modernized it. And then 2 days after I write Apt's name in as mod, he gets demoted. Coincidence?!

(Don't worry Apt, you'll still get a mention in the 'ex-leaders' section)

Hetan wanted to paste it up in open forum but since a reflective Apt had said he wanted to clarify for the negative tone a couple of posts later she decided it would be unfair.

It was basically a criticism of me for hating all the members and calling us all old and set in our ways and asking for the forum to have referenda about stuff.

Had some good ideas in it though.
