Just to let you all know that due to a difference of opinion over appropriate moderator behaviour, Apt is no longer a moderator.
I would like to assure everyone that this is an amicable decision.

He's had some valid points to make and some not so valid but on the whole I think he's done a good job, especially in his efforts to make newcomers feel welcome and has always been one of the first to help out when it's been needed. I don't think he's going to abandon us and he has promised to continue to harass the admins/mods for changes on your behalf when he feels the need, so basically not much has changed

At first I was a bit hesitant about Apt being a Mod but he started to grow on me after a while. He seemed to do good work and was always around. Hopefully he is staying on the forums...

Apt was a hard working mod, but now he has returned to the real world he can resume his eternal battle with the cat and his minions. Some might be tempted to say that with Abyss elevated to deptuty-vice-regional-overlord with special responsibility for brainz and Apt treading the mortal realm once again Abyss has truly 'won'. I for one doubt it, throw in Broods return and you have 3 e-peni that surely can not contained by this modest manifestation of geek-dom?

Well, K'rul himself said that every god falls at a mortal's hands. If anything, I'd say Apt is now in a better position then ever to take down the weak new god of cats...
