2) Examine each URL. You'll notice the capital eye ("I") following the equal sign (=) is not the same.
3) Now copy each url into a simple text editor (such as notepad). You will notice that character (what you think is a capital I) is something else

I have chrome too, but haven't looked in detail at the settings options. There might be something there that needs to be modified. It could also be some system setting in the Control Panel.
