Seconded! Great pic, Grimhilde!
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I really like this Grimhilde - that's a really really cool image you've created - I think it's pretty much spot on from what I can remember of the descriptions. :)

in the full picture the face seems a little odd, but the close up does suggest the foul temptress that she is.
body is suitably shaped

You definatley captured the saucy minx, The Saddle is now happy he has someone to sit on him :)

Excellent work.
Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

Probably should have added it to my post and whatnot, but where is her armor? I mean, she IS a Bonehunter. Great picture, very accurate except for the fact there's not much in terms of armour.

She didn't wear a lot of armour in the scenes I recall...:)

You may be right. I mean there was a lot of reference to her sexy body lol, her arse as well. But I always assumed she worse a full leather kit. Whatever though, I still love the painting.

Yay! I am honoured :D

Guys and girls: I'm so glad you like it! I had a lot of fun painting her

Can anyone guess who I used for reference?

Now, to figure out who to do next. I have some free time coming up and I have an idea for a Trygalle Trade Guild painting. But that means horses and a huge, freaking carriage as well as multiple characters....jeez. maybe some more portraits would be better :p

That would be a cool ass project. I mean, the carriage half in the air, the horses with a look of sheer terror on their face, and people swinging around on the carriage with weapons bared. That would be AWESOME! :p

I know! I'm picturing it coming half-way out of a warren of some sorts, with Cartographer lashed to the wheel :p Gives me the opportunity to paint Gruntle as well, but it's gonna take a ridiculous amount of time I think. Have started researching though, looking for pictures and such:)

the obvious choice yes, but actually no... I used someone else, perhaps most evident in the face, I think.

It's actually stated lot's of times in the books, expecially in her conversation with Chord, that she doesn't wear so much armour exactly because she wants to show her body.
