Yup, the movie was filled with completely unrealistic moments that made no sense like that. Stuff like Skynet not knowing who Kyle Reese is so they don't ice him makes no sense to me...as does the fact that Skynet is a big lit-up-like-a-Christmas-tree complex in the middle of a darkened waste...and the resistance can't strike at them or get an EMP pulse going or something? It's fucking ridiculous...Skynet should be under-fucking-ground and out of sight...not a gigantic well lit complex. Don't even get me started on most of the computers and shit don't need LIGHT to operate...why can't this shit happen in darkness?
