I agree we need a lynch but there's no need to rush it. Just because the board meltdowns coupled with weekend deep-freeze thawing has stagnated the game, we still have time to allow people to check in and try to present arguments.

@ Driss, Changing a post is cheating. That is why reacted the way I did. I didn't remove or change anything that was in that post. All I did was add the spam index part.



....and now for the game. I'm game for a Ruse lynch today. But the one person that I get a "Gut" feeling about is "Hands off for the day" Telas. So I have no problem waiting to let him go until tomorrow.(So he can defend any case I make on him tomorrow)

Biggest problem is that a wrong lynch today means tomorrow is D-day...

I'd agree that Telas is almost getting a free pass because he's basically been silenced throughout the weekend. Could mean that 1) UB is still alive and silenced him or 2) he IS UB and silenced himself or 3) he's BB and is faking it because Emurlahn really was UB.

Ruse and you are really the only people getting any discussion right now though. I think Gamelon and Meanas may warrant another look.

As with Fener, these crashes and slow weekend have really killed my mafia mojo. The fact that last time I slept was 30+ hours ago isnt helping. My two cents on the Lio issue - the stamp at the bottom always shows the last edit, so if he editted it a second time to fix a spelling error or something it would show the more recent of the two.

Fener, you've (as far as I recall, which given a weekend away admittedly isn't much) yet to articulate exactly how Emur's CF suddenly incriminates me. Is it because he defended me? Because a coincidence of interest or belief doesn't equal scum in my mind.

I'd interject before Fener's reply that Emur's CF absolutely doesn't incriminate you. Fener revealed a vig (and we know there's a vig in the game because of the extra kill on night 1 and the scene setup explicitly describes what the role would be like if it was in the game) and nobody has counter-claimed so if he's scum, he's making a huge gamble that he already killed the vig. Thus, I'm inclined to believe what he said.

However, he drove a vote on Emur because Emur had slightly more votes and the timer was very close to expiring. Yet today we have Telas 'silenced.' If Telas is lying or he's UB and silenced himself, it's a clear way to avoid any accidental self-incrimination over the weekend. Otherwise, it's UB just taunting us for getting it wrong.

Fener seemed pretty confident of his original choices, but Telas's silence is pretty much a clear indication that Fener was wrong. One of the following has to be true: Emur was UB and Telas is BB faking silence, Emur was not UB and Telas is UB/BB, Emur was not UB and Telas is completely innocent. I don't know if we have any way of really figuring out which one is which without a Telas lynch, and if Telas is UB or innocent, we get no information from his death (no silence tomorrow doens't mean UB is alive or dead, could just mean withheld for confusion).

I want to make this very clear, I am not accusing you of cheating. In fact, about an hour after I made that post, the thought occurred to me that someone think my argument was saying you cheated, so I PM'd Path-Shaper to see what PS thought. Basically, the answer I got was that it's only cheating if you are fully deleting/changing the original content of the post. Adding to the post later is not against the rules.

Therefore, since the case I made is on the content of your post-edit, the argument is legit.

Now, as for why I didn't put my vote down along with my case, I wanted to see Liosan's reaction to just the case itself. Lio seems pretty angry about it...

I have to run, but I shouldn't be gone too long. Hopefully the forum doesn't crash in that time.....

So, from the way I understand it there's the option to vote Telas or Ruse to possibly shed some light on that case. But, as D'riss says, if either of them come up inno it doesn't prove much. Besides this, other than my post on Lio, there isn't anything else up on the radar.

As for under the radar, that's pretty much everyone at the moment with the possible exceptions of D'riss for being ballsy and Fener for being a fairly credible vig.

Speaking of the Fener/vig thing though, before he was silenced Telas was saying in several of his posts that he didn't like Fener for some reason, while the rest of us seem more content to assume that Fener is the vig. I wish Telas could talk so he could explain further why he finds Fener suspicious. As such, we maybe should be paying closer attention to Fener's claim, or maybe Telas was trying to direct our attention in some manner.

Dunno if the forum crashed, but very little happened over the last couple of hours.

@Gam - I had a pretty close look at Fener's reveal, unless someone hasnt countered for some unknown reason, the only person who could also have been a vig for Fener to be lying about his claim and not being called on it is the person who got NK'd the same night he used his vig. At the time of his reveal he had like 9/10 chance of being caught out, not odds I would see a scum chancing.

So yeah, it would be nice if Telas could explain his logic at the moment he seems to be suspicious of people for being below the radar and faking being below the radar.

Gotta go again, check the thread closer to lynchtime, but I havent got a clue who to go for and doubt we have the numbers in any case.

Well it's way late where I live and I can't stay up for 2 hours until the lynch.

If we skip a lynch and BB kills again, we're at 8. That still makes it 1 vote until D-Day.

6 - 2 (no lynch today, BB kills)
4 - 2 (lynch inno tomorrow, BB kills)
Scum win (2 - 2, even assuming a BB lynch)

Lynching either Telas or Ruse give us the same information if they come up BB and nothing if they come up inno (possible one of them is UB but no real way to tell).
