Guard reveal was a surprise.
Korv was clearly innocent because Big Ben clearly believed it enough to axe him.

I'd offer one big counter to that, Telas. Maybe Fener was wrong about Emurlahn being UB, but he was right about Ruse being BB. Thus, he kills Korv to ensure he can't be blocked, just in case Korv was really the guard AND Korv had already submitted a stupid provisional.

Could be WIFOM though, and the real BB could have just killed Korv to frame Ruse.

In either event, I think the odds are just as good of the following: that BB is a noob, that BB is Ruse and didn't want to get blocked and will now WIFOM away the case on him; that BB is not Ruse and wanted to frame Ruse today while simultaneously removing the guard.

I suppose you could argue that Korv alive today (with a NK last night) means he would have been a MORE likely lynch candidate than Ruse is today because Ruse hasn't revealed anything and thus isn't AS suspect for being a liar.
