All that means is that is when Ps sent Emu the message. Which is probably about 10 minutes or so from when PS sent out all of the information. I refuse to play the Oh this shit is done at such and such time in a game were sometimes messages sit in PS inbox for hours. It is retarded. Emu you are silenced. Trying to fix the blame for that on one of the early posters is retarded. It is totally possible that uncle ben sent in his message to Ps and has came back on to post. Also Emu just because you have been silenced on day one doesn't mean that your not scum. Uncle Ben can silence his master or himself.
