sitting in the airport, drinking what will hopefully be the first of many. I reflected upon the bag beside me. Packed in haste at 6am this morning. 1 pair of trousers and 3 t-shirts. manlyness aside, I fear this lack of foresight is something i'll pay dearly for

Right here is the deal, I'll make 2 trips to the station on Saturday.

I'll be there to pick up Mezla, Dag, Paleman and wife on the 13.27. I won't be coming back for anyone afrer that, it's nearly an hour round trip from Hetans to the station and back and that would mean it would be past 3pm by the time I was done.

With a superhuman effort I can come and get people if they get a train in for 12.30pm but it has to be then otherwsie I'll be late getting back for the 13.27 crew. So you'll all have to decide between you what you are doing and let me know.

I don't know how anyone got the impression I'd be making trips all afternoon it won't be happening.

Cougar, you're an absolute star. Mezla - try to be in the front carriage; me and Mrs Paleman will be getting on at Baldock, I'll be carrying a copy of Toll and wearing my Moog Synthesizers t-shirt so you know who to either approach or hide from when we get on the train. See y'all tomorrow.

It's come to my attention that the 12:30 train no longer exists, if that was the one we were going to get.

So, the Kings X lot, our options are the 12:15 or 12:45. First gets us there at 13:01, second at 13:31. Very little difference in either, I'll turn up about midday in either case.

I know some people (Illy) have trains arriving at a similar time, and I know others (Macros) will probably get lost and turn up late, so if we aim for the 12:15 then it's no big deal if someone's late.

We should all arrive, just in time or halfhour in advance, before Cougy and Hetan pull up in their shiny motors. :(

I predict that this will all go horribly wrong...

Today I purchased alcoholic supplies. Plenty of them :(

Looking forward to seeing you all... Morgy and Sombra have both arrived and both of them are trying to out-talk Mal... but I know who my money is on at this point :(

Morgoth hasn't got the body fat for that conversation, Sombra doesn't speak English. It's a war of attrition, I'll be there from lunch time, then we'll get to 1941 and battle can begin in earnest.

Hope you all like UFC

Unidentified Fried Chicken? I LOVE that fast food restaurant!
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Unseemly French Canadians?
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....
