hmm, I like this a lot as a young, ambitious Laseen - before she got anywhere near the throne (edit: although she is described as having mousy brown hair). Otherwise, I think it could work as a benchmark Napan female Claw or even a 1/2 or 1/4 Andii member of the claw.

Give her vertical pupils and...uh...make a bunch of other changes and I'd love this for Korlat and/or Captain of Dark - the expression on her face is compelling. Great work as usual Nobbs

Nice arrogant expression you've given her. I think it really gives an impression like she thinks she is above all others.
Like Malaclypse said, she looks very young although I'm not quite sure just how old the Empress is.
