Saw 'You don't mess with the Zohan'. Had some great parts. But all in all, a horrible movie.

I just watched Jumper. I had low expectations, expecting eye-bleedingly bad. Honestly though, I don't see where all the hate for this movie is coming from. It wasn't great, but it was decent. i was entertained. The biggest knock was Hayden Christianson's acting, whic was of course bad. He has improved since Star Wars, but he still can't act. Other tha nthat though, it was fine. Without a doubt worth a dollar to watch it. Had I spent the cash to see it in the theater, I would be a little let down, but it was fine for a rental.

Meh. I thought it was. The whole "What a Twist!" was meant to... meh. Never mind, it's probably not that funny. I'm just weird. ;)

It's kind of funny. if you don't get the "You Got Served" reference at the end though, I can see it leading to a Huh? moment.

"The Incredible Hulk" was fucking wicked. Not quite as good as "Iron Man" but close. I loved it.

I just bought a double dvd with Airheads and PCU. Both very silly movies, but worth the five dollars I spent.

Just watched 30 days of night. Pure crap. Interesting idea with the vampires going to alaska, shitty execution. It was bad.

True it was a completely awfull vampire story.

The vampires were hardly feeding on the humans, just ripping open their throats. You'd think a creature that lives of blood would be a bit more economic in its killing.

I turned it off after about an hour, I was that frustrated.

I loved 30 days of night ;)

but to each his own...

the only flaw I saw in the movie was not feeling like 30 days actually passed... it never really felt like the siege it was suppose to be

ie- bathroom time, stinky hungry starving humans, boredom ect. ect..

The whole movie felt like it took place within 24-48 hours as opposed to a whole month....

other then that I thought it awsome...

That's exactly what i said! If humans are your only food source, why kill one with a sword and pin him to the wall, and then walk away! You're lucky you left that early, you got to miss

yeah, they glossed over the fact that they jumped from day one or two to day 14, and the surviving humans had survived by hiding in the diner. The vampires couldn't find them because they had the light turned off.;):lachen70::D:die:

Yeah more emphasis should have been put on what living like a scavenger and in total fear has on humans...it would have made the title more appropiate...

Just recently watched Remember the Daze, its supposed to be "A glimpse into the teenage wasteland of suburbia that takes place over 24-hours on the last day of school".

I had no clue what the film was about before watching it, so had no expectations. The way it seems to portray 1999 high-school, seemed to show every single student as wanting to get stoned and drunk, which is not really like anything close to what it would have been like. I think it would have been better to get a more mix of people, rather than just the ones that seemed to want to get stoned etc.

Having said the above, the movie was very well paced, interesting and an enjoyable watch really.

I wonder how they would try to portray todays generation of high school, where students spend more time on facebook/myspace etc. lol.

They would portray them spending more time on facebook and myspace, i would guess. ;)

Men in Tights is great. Not the best Mel Brooks movie by a long shot, but good clean fun.

It's ages since i saw that movie but i remembered enjoying it.

Just went to see THE INCREDIBLE HULK. thought it was good. Nothing amazing, but a good way to tie the Hulk back in to the other MARVEL movies that are coming out in the next few years. Get ready for the AVENGERS.

Really just waiting for THE DARK KNIGHT at this point though. Roll on July.

finally got around to seeing Diehard 4.

It was way less lame than I thought it was going to be. Good splodey stuff, good fightey stuff, good shootey stuff.

I kind of hated Willis' daughter. She was an unnecessary addition to the show.

Thought it was cool how they are kind of setting up for "hi i'm a mac" guy to get with her at the end, but then Willis gives him the "fuck you, don't even think about it" line. Laughed at that.

Really didn't like how there were NO FRICKIN GUARDS at the CONTROL CENTRE FOR THE EASTERN POWER GRID. They shot 3 guys outside, and one "hey this floor is restricted!" guy at the control panel and they were in.

Nice part by silent bob.

All in all pretty entertaining, though they could have killed off the main baddie and substituted about another hour of hot asian in tight clothing fight and I would have been equally entertained.

Saw Eastern Promises last night. enjoyed it a lot. It's so nice with movies that skip the hollywood cheat of just switching scenes every fucking second. Instead you had long scenes, full conversations, good music and at times beautiful use of images and scenes.

Not to mention it was brutal when needing to be
