I hope the title changes to fit with the rest of the series. The publisher may well insist on it, like they did with Robert Ludlum. It's not a Dresden novel if it doesn't have a two-word (and ideally, two monosyllabic word) title.
Rachel Caine's Weather Warden series does the same thing (Heat Stroke, Thin Air, Ill Wind, etc.)

It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.

Well, If I understood the videos right, even the titles where decided before the series even began. Everything was planned. Incidentally, he revealed the names of the final three apocalyptic novels in the the apocalyptic trilogy, they are "Empty Night", "Stars and Stones" and... uhm... somebody help me with the last name? It's another one of the saying that is often used... I'm guessing its a christian one perhaps?

Changes is the title huh?
so isnt that the first one word title?
I wonder what it means, what changes, maybe the headache plot will get expanded on

Someone commented in one of the videos that Changes was the first one word title and asked why that is. Butcher replied that, well... he changed it

Thought what he said was more like "it's (about) changes, duh"

Even if he has planned it that way, titles are the one thing that the publisher often exerts most control over, and I can see them making a fuss over the change to a winning formula.

At the end of TURNCOAT (one word, btw) Ebenezer suggests Injun Jim might teach Harry a few things. They kid about shapeshifting, but given the title 'CHANGES', hey, s'possible.

I figured he was going to do the nasty with molly, feed lasciels coin to mouse, tag-team murphy with thomas, and pretend he is tiste and call up like 15 corpses and go on an angry tear around chicago killing anyone that has ever pissed him off.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

Okay so over at Butcher's board a little spoilery bit about the opening of Changes has been revealed. As for how big a spoiler it is, it's comparable to Morgan appearing on Harry's door in the beginning of Turn Coat. If that's too spoilery for you, don't read this:

abyss: I think it was meant that the indian wizard would train him in how to learn to cope with the worlds injustice and having to compromise with vital issues to get onwards, sometimes the right and proper solution isn't workable, like with morgan having to die. He probably got a lot of experience with that, if he has survived since the white americans started killing indians and taking their country. Althought it would be very cool if he could learn to shapeshift.
What I am most curious about is that mantle he has taken up from that island. Ebenezar says that harry is one of maybe 3-4 people he knows that he could think could take up the mantle, because he got his head right on or something. What on earth does that imply, having to deal with some major corrupting source like the fallen angel?

nah, i think its the whole 'source of the leyline' thing,
tied in with the full story about the spirit of the island being an intellectus,
and getting a limp from Gatekeeper, who's perhaps the most interesting member of the Senior council in my eyes.
