Here is how I view it.

Elemental Forces:
Chaos - No single entity, encompasses everything.
Life - (Creation/Magic) Tiam
Death - (Destruction/Negation) The Otataral Dragon
Dark - Mother Dark
Light - Father Light
Shadow - Edgewalker

I see the Elder Gods fitting more defined roles based on worship, though some like Mael are easy to peg. I'll elaborate those when Im not on my phone.

The only real indication we have of someone being in choas and commenting on its dimensions is QB in GOTM as far as i can remember but as we can discount alot of GOTM its still open to debate.

I wonder is SE will do anything with the Spar of the Andii

it would be good if that was were the Andii got into Wu. You heard it here first...

life and death should be sub-elements of creation and should then have fire and earth and wind and water and all such things as components of life and death

otataral is a whole different can of worms, but if you consider sag'churok's words in DoD that the death of magic is the death of life then maybe not. it could be considered under the heading of creation as well.
