Hello all! This is my first post, and I wanted to compliment the wonderful artists! The new layout of malazanempire.com is great, I love the scrolling pictures/quotes.

Is there somewhere we can get high resolution versions of the pictures? I think something like this would make a great desktop background: http://www.hoodsball...nspawn_pale.jpg

As that image of Moonspawn is one of the official Michael Komarck images, I think you would need to contact either him, or the publisher for a high res version.

As for any of the other images, a lot of them have been done by members of this site, so you could always send them a PM and ask.

It is.

Totally.

I'd not thought of Moons Spawn like that before, but it totally fits. It looks really fortress-like.

*sigh*
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

Nice. That drawing depicts the scene better than I was imagining it in my head!

I think I like the one without the sorcery better. The twin laser beam looking things just don't look right.
