OK, so I'm assuming that Mockra wasn't Seymour's handiwork, because the CF is quite specific about how they vanish when Audrey feeds (can you confirm that, Seymour?). So there's definitely one more killer out and about. Ano and Gamelon both have rock solid reveals and I've cleared Shadow of something (not entirely confident about what my find ability actually does at this point, but it seemed to correlate with a killer last time out so hopefully it will do again), leaving Galayn Lord (whose reveal we can't check), Tellan (whose reveal seems a little dodgy to me) and Korlat. So what's our strategy from here on in? I guess we'll be lynching Korlat. If the lynch requirements have been lessened, we can all cast our votes on him tomorrow and hope the "Well Done! You Win!" banner falls from the ceiling when he's gone. Otherwise, if I check one of them tomorrow, then based on the result of that Omtose can kill the other one, and we're golden. Sound like a plan?

Seems reasonable, but what happens when you check me out and I come back non alien? Presuming you check me out that is. It takes 20 votes to lynch, we're down to 8 players. So its going to be two days before we can get a lynch on me as I'm not voting for myself. I'm probably up to 4 or 5 votes I imagine. We only have 85 hours so unless the total number of votes needed comes down, we're only going to get one lynch in and part way through another.

And your planning on lynching me? Well I'd prefer to be checked and cleared byLiosan and then we make a guess at the last remaining killer and go for that. When I die winning banners aren't going to fall from the ceiling. The only reason I'm still alive is so that I can suck up the votes and the killers get to keep killing.

BTW has Shadow revealed a role yet I think he's the only player not to?

I'm not sure about GL's reveal its plausible because Obdi did say there will be a way to deal with the spammers/lurkers. Guess it would be nice if he was checked out as well.

Also a last thought, if there are no other aliens, it might be Omtose has to go?

Sorry, didn't get a chance to check out Fener - I did Emurlahn (normal), Shadow (normal) and Omtose/Seymour (weird). You're right, I don't recall Shadow revealing...would be nice to hear what he claims to be. I don't think Seymour made his winning conditions clear...could be his aren't the same as ours and we have to be rid of him too, I suppose. I'm inclined to think he's on our side though - none of the targets he has picked off were especially important, as far as we know, which makes me think he just needs to get to the planet alive like the rest of us. On the other hand, we may have to kill Audrey in order to win (never good to have a man eating plant with you when you land on an alien world ), and by extension Seymour.

I've been playing under the assumption (well, perhaps 'unjustified hope' would be a more accurate description) that we won't need as many votes this time around. But if that's not the case, then I shall certainly check out Korlat as well. We've still got lots of time, after all .

@Gamelon lynching a random unknown is a bad idea. There is a killer out there it seems, it might just be Omtose killing, but quite frankly I have no idea why we are trusting the reveal of the Alien Energy whose killed a bunch of people. There's 3 or 4 people who could potentially be a killer or have a different agenda.

Omtose whose an Alien and killed a bunch of people for his plants?
GL who is the Communication officer and killed Telas as a low poster. But thats all we got on him.
Shadow who hasn't revealed but was scanned by Liosan and turned up Human.
Myself who is RI and vaguely backed up my Emurlahn who had the same role, both of us as Colonists on the ship.

Longer shot is Tellan just to do with the 36 hour thing but I am happy to go with it. And I think introducing scum joining midpoint would be dumb.

And in the time remaining we have about 3 days and problably 30 or so votes in total and thats if we don't have anyone else killed. So thats going to be 1 lynch basically. I think I will be voting Omtose from now on, might be useful later on in the game. I hope Liosan can use his scanner again soon.

I'm tempted to use my ability again, as it won't adversely affect us (we'll still have enough oxygen, even with the current number of people) if it goes wrong, and if it goes right then we'll gain reasonably (although a lynch is still going to give the largest bonus).

Also, regards lynching a random unknown - it depends, we could lose out by leaving the unknown quantities alive, or we could ignore a killer in our midst. Go scanner guy!

IF we use 8 Oxygen an hour we are exactly on the amount of Oxygen needed. 77 hours for 8 people = 616 which is how much we have left. So yes it will affect us unfortunately if it goes wrong.

I dont see any reason why we should lynch anyone right now.
We have enough oxygen, and if someone else dies, yes... we will have even more O2 but right now we have enough so whats the point?

I think perhaps to be safe we get Korlat or Omotose to L-1 and only lynch on an emergency.
If there is a killer out there trying to kill us all then O2 is not going to be an issue, unless we get another tank blowing up that is.
Perhaps saving our votes untill we get some good results back from liosan is the best bet?

Well Omtose should be generating so we're actually out by 2 Oxygen an hour. This is why I am not trusting Omtose at the moment, something weird is going on.

I agree with your suggestion about spreading the votes, no one should be holding onto their vote, we should aim to get the suspicious people at around 8-10 votes each so in the last day or two we can push everything onto one for a lynch. L-1 is too close - Odbi make take the vote number down and people die.
