I'm back! And now that I've had a chance to think about it, I don't think I trust Fener's reveal. He says he was originally part of a faction that could win either by letting the oxygen run out or by killing everyone. Now those two goals seem quite contradictory - if you try and kill everyone, then the oxygen isn't going to run out. I can accept that - makes for an interesting choice in strategy. However, Kessobahn has been flagged as being connected to the oxygen tanks publicly on thread for quite some time. If we're right about that, then killing Kessobahn would move them closer to achieving both of their separate victory conditions. So why wouldn't they kill Kesso at the earliest opportunity? I can't think of any reason why they would want him alive. Doesn't make sense. Which leads me to conclude that Fener is lying about something - either everything, or at least the winning conditions of his ex-faction.

you hear noises coming from the locked door, interrupting the meditative silence that seems to have engulfed your ship.

a sound of a struggle.

shaking off your apathy, you go to investigate.

the noise is coming from a room on the oppsite side of the mechanical sections. You were never good with computers, so you tend to stay away from them, lest somehting'd break and you were to be blamed.
the noises stop abruptly, and you muster up your resolve to go in and investigate.

the dismembered body of Kessobahn is lying on the floor, his blood spattered over all sorts of expensive-looking equipment.
he died about 3 hours from when this post was posted.

distraught, you rush to the sleeping quarters to alert the others. in your haste, you open the wrong door--instead of the common room, you pull the door of the singe double bunk room that survived the damage intact.

there you see dead D'riss, a look of euphoria and terror in his eyes. it would appear his assailant fed him whiskey through a funnel-like device, untill he could swallow no more and suffocated.

D'riss is dead, his death was roughly 10 minutes after that of Kessobahn.

Hmm...based on who's left there, it looks like Kessobahn and D'riss are both dead. But I thought Fener said he was going to kill Galayn Lord? Makes me even less trusting of Fener, if that's possible. I just hope that D'riss died after Kessobahn and managed to repair any damage Kesso might have done to the oxygen tanks.

Well since I'm still alive and comfortably the bottom poster I think I should start posting more. Especially as work is quieter. 24/7 on call sucks.

I've still got my vote owing to me. I can probably wait till Mockra gives a count before I stick in on Fener. Are we still keeping him at L-1? Or just lynching him for being a possible lying killer scum?

There's can be too many options for who is the Alien(s) left alive. With GL not dying it seems a bit strange, he seems to be one of the last of the suspects.

Looking at the Oxgyen hours left, if we lynch Fener and Omtose gets his plants producing again then we're just there numbers wise. Who could take 3 hours off our journey? We might need that but otherwise its getting very close.
