Alright, I'm in...not that I had much choice in the matter, lol.

Who knows, maybe this year I'll actually fill out the bracket. :band:

Team: Slum Dunk

Thank you for joining dear! :p (He's right, he had no choice lol)

I'm all signed up! I'm ready to fight my way to the top and emerge victorious. Are we going to do the book thing for a prize again this year? Or are we not going to bother with a prize for the winner?

Oh and the team name's obvious, but in case anyone was wondering it's Tehol the Cupcake Princess Beddict

Any ideas on anyone else to invite? SB does Eddie follow CB or like brackets? Bubba, would Bent be in again?

I'll PM some people to try to make it interesting. Remind of people to remind, por favor.

Do we want to do the book idea again?

I'd still be down to donate $10.00 or so to get it done, if everybody wanted to. It really doesn't matter to me either way, but it does add some incentive.

I signed up (EASportsBar). I know I wasn't around last year and don't know you guys as well, but I figured I'm a pretty big CBB fan and I spend entirely too much time on this site, so I'd combine the two.

Glad you're joining us WJD! The more people the better! Also glad to see Bubbalicious will be joining us again! I did PM Bent when I started the thread, so we'll have to wait and see if he's in again I guess.

I'm down for kicking in ten dollars towards a prize of some sort for the winner again, it worked out really well last time. The book idea worked well last time, but if you guys want some other sort of prize I'm fine with that too.

Well early reports are good for Onuaku playing again this season, but even if he doesn't, thats probably the most replaceable starter for syracuse. Then again that drops their rotation to 6 men (Mookie Jones might be getting some bigtime minutes...) so if anyone gets in foul trouble they're screwed.

Hmmm, I just tried to join, and it gave me an error. Is it locked at 7 teams? Believe me, I'm sure to be easy prey, as I have not followed basketball all year...

It shouldn't be locked. Let me fiddle with it.

Edit: Have you registered with ESPN? I unlocked it (that shouldn't have been a problem anyway, it's only locked once games start), just in case.

Didn't know it was case sensitive. Eh, that's a bonus to creating it. I don't have to worry about that! :p

Go go Butler!!!!! Neither BSU (who used to be GOOD at basketball) nor Indiana are in the dance, as well as any other random Indiana schools. The year we had 7 (IU, Notre Dame, Ball State, Indiana State, Butler, Valpo?, Evansville?, Purdue?, IUPUI?, two of the last four were in) schools in the Dance, I missed on five of them because I'm a homer and picked upsets.

I'm going with mostly chalk I think. Although, the last few pools I've been in have been won by people who've let their little kids pick teams based on the "ferocity" of the mascot. What a crap shoot!

Brackets are being revealed. The drag-and-click brackets should be available by tomorrow on the ESPN website.

I will wait until about Wednesday to lock it. That means you may make changes to your bracket up until the point the first tournament game begins, excluding the play-in game, which doesn't count.

Thus, when I LOCK the group, your brackets will no longer be able to be EXCHANGED with other brackets you might have filled in for other groups. However, the period between when I lock the group on Wednesday and when the first game begins REMAINS a free alteration period for your bracket within Malazan Madness.
