Just for you newbs out there, one amazing trend is a killer avoiding a lynch on day 1, then not being looked at again for almost the entire rest of the game.

Gamelon almost got lynched day 1, but didn't. When have we EVER had trouble lynching someone day 1 that isn't a killer?
Rashan decided he didn't want to lynch anyone, once the case started building on Gamelon.
Day 2 comes out, Gamelon posts a case on D'riss which Mockra jumps on quickly.
Mockra and Gamelon say, in the same minute, that I should be modkilled. Hivemind or outside the thread communications? (killers)

I say that Mockra and Gamelon are our killers, and Rashan is the symp.

I figure part of the reason why it was tough to get a lynch is because this is a Jester game. People's paranoia manifests itself as withholding votes. But you are correct that Rashan explicitly stating that he didn't feel a lynch was necessary is rather odd, especially given that his reason was that we already we had already had a death. Kessobahn's death provided us with very little info apart from that someone (probably, as it turns out, Kaschan, unless someone wants to counterclaim) was too triggerhappy with their Day Vig. We would get so much more information from a lynch because of the train and the fact that everyone has to weigh in with their opinions on the issue.

I'm going to go and have a look at his posts and see what else I can see.

Oh, and by the by, I have already stated how much I HATE spam, so don't expect me to bother responding to you if you're going to do stuff like that Kaschan. But if you post your suspicions, like the above, I'm more than happy to talk about them .

I'm here. Trying to get caught up. I have a reprieve from the massive amount of work I've been doing. Alright, seriously though , I've been through hell for the last two nights staying up writing papers and studying for finals. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to donate time to this thread for the first day, but my post was not simply: don't kill me. It was a promise of future activity in days to follow and an apology for unavoidable absence. Please don't hastily waste a lynch on me for inactivity and decrease the number of innocents. From what I've read so far I'm leaning toward Gamelon, but unless you want me to make a crappy decision/case in 10 minutes, please don't lynch me until I can say something in a couple hours.

So I've looked over Rashan's posts. Doing so reminded me that he was instrumental in trying to get Emurlahn speed lynched early on. But then I saw this:

Which makes it seem to me that he was trying to get a feel for the lay of the land with that, trying to figure out who the scum were. Would a symp be doing that? A particularly devious one, perhaps, but note that he says he doesn't think the scum are on the train. Given that neither Gamelon or Mockra were on that train, it seems doubtful to me that he is symping them.

As much as this might draw heat, I am more apt to agree with Kaschan on this point. D'riss , I don't think is a killer. I think the case is rather weak.

Yesterday, we couldn't get a day 1 lynch!! My initial thought was that Gamelon was a symp for basically telling the killers what to do in regards to their night kill. After yesterday, I think that Gamelon is actually the killer and Rashan is the symp. Not sure about mockra though. 2 people could have the same thoughts, and it would be a rather huge mistake to talk off thread and then come on and spout the exact same thing.

So Sil, you don't think that his " We don't need a lynch" wasn't the least bit ....odd. Given the prevailing logic on this board, what he basically did is vote for night. I can think of 2 reasons to do that and neither of them involve him being inno. Either he was symping the current Lynchee, or he was trying to gather votes. I suppose he might be a noob inno trying to keep the team safe, but..really, how does voting for night help that? We get 1 inno killed off and we are back where we started. I just can't wrap my head around that.
