Its a distinct possibility. but the point isn't all or nothing. I assume that the late push had scum on it, but maybe not, I also assume that those who dont vote at all are middle of the road typs who are scared of slipping up. I also assume that those that vote jokingly and leave it on are scummy. But you are being narrow minded when you say, no aliens or company would ever be on that train. Hell I have seen killers bring up cases on each other and vote first on the train to lynch the other to distance far enough to be seen as inno.

The mods said that things will change with regards to the distribution of team roles and number of players per team as the game was unbalanced, so i wouldn't look too hard at the amount of aliens from the last game, as it most suredly has changed.
