Sadly, we're down a LOT of marines, so far. I think every kill so far is a marine/marine aid. While this is to be expected, it's still bad.

Well, you just get better and better. So, your hypothesis is that, as the Pred, I got so pissed that you assigned wrongly the kill on me that I went ZOMG NO I DID NOT!!!!!111. If that was the case, unimaginative innos like you would be FUCKING GOLD to me since you would be reading my play wrong.

It started as an innocent comment I made, and you reacted as guilty as I can determine without the possibility of smelling your underwear.

You say "That was a Pred kill, no point analysing it"
I ask "How are you sure, the scene is not clear for once"

Then, instead of just saying "Indeed, it's probably the Pred but we're not sure" you unleash the Great Bullshit of 2009 with a sting of posts that argue that:

1) There had already been 3-4 marine vig kills, which is not only probably false but actually impossible
2) the 1/13 chance of a guard or heal action are so improbable that it wasn't even WORTH considering unless these are also finders. For your information, HP probably managed to attack the Pred on day 2. OMFG CALL LAS VEGAS!!!
3) I'm actually ARGUING that it was not a Pred kill, so I'm CONVINCED I'm not, which is absolutely false
4) You have alt-guessed me, because apparently there's only one person you know who is that stupid. This is insulting to whoever you're thinking of, specially since YOU're the one with the faulty logic here. I dare hope you were not meaning that.
5) This was just a pissing contest, move on people nothing to see there.

All this from a passing comment I made, if you're not a defensive Pred you need to stop listening to your mother and realize you are not always perfect.


That said, I agree that:

- Anomandaris' early repetitive attempts to declare he's a Marine sounded like over-acting and is possibly bull. We never got to the end of that and sadly, Silanah, who is apparently a guard and agrees with your case on Ano, chose Telas to guard.
- Silanah's 2-minute "case review" is bullshit. He did not review the case in that period. He could be the Pred thinking "well, time to vote for an inno, but let's make sure someone else gets the resposability for it first." He revealed some sort of guard, which might or might not be true. I can't remember ever seeing a "limited" guard in any of the games we played, including Alien 1.0, it's hard enough to guard properly without having limited attempts. Limited finder, yes, but guard?

So, I would be happy to switch to those two if needed.
