Is this going to be about Karsa and/or events after book ten of MBotF or is it about the race and how pockets evloved/developed into seperate subcultures and lost their history?

We're not really sure. There's a fair bit of discussion in one of the announcement threads about it and from what I recall, it seems to be about the history.

Personally, I hope it's about Karsa's kids.
