Sure, he hadn't been around much, and they didn't understand most of the words that came out of his mouth, but it's not like he was a murderer. Well, he was, but he hadn't murdered any pirates. Well, not on this ship, anyways. ... well, not recently.

"Look, amigos, this es todo un mistake! Creo que necessitamos calm down y pensar en esto!" He was getting desperate, losing his tenuous grasp on English, and howled "Compadres, por favor! Tengo una esposa y una familia!" Which was at least sort of true - he'd told that puta in Port Royale he'd marry her, and those three little chicos running around that hut at least possibly could have been his ...

"Donde esta el banoooooo!!!!"

But it was too late.

Snap! The rope went taut, a last cry of "Aye! Carumba!", the First Mate darted in and grabbed the gold, and everyone was finally able to put away their Spanish dictionaries.

Rashan (Silencer) is dead; he was the Spanish Mercenary, a Pirate, and had 10 gold.

D'riss had a train forming and it suddenly disappeared to switch to Rashan; the two were connected but there were seemingly no arguments against his lynch.

GL has had two trains derailed, that's obvious cause for suspicion.

I can't remember a single thing Tennes has done, that's pretty telling/sneaky.
