He was also in the One-Word Story thread, but broke the rules and got his post deleted by a lovely and helpful mod named menandore. Foolish Zanth hasn't learned wisdom in his epic journeys away from here to mountain ranges full of hermits...

Figured I would throw in a few pics of some of my adventures... you know the stuff I can show....

now what did I attach, one pic of me in a black hawk...one of a famous statue we call cross sabers... or in that area any way...i forget what the other one was

edit: oh yeah, the other pic is of some country singer, me and Leanne Tweeden...notice the purple bags under the eyes (mine)and the rough shaving job... as you can see it could be rough at times lol.../sarcasm

edit edit: Ok, i will edit my name of some of the pics and put them back up later... right now its time to eat

You do no put shit under your feet if your doing any kind of serious squat. If you're tipping you need to work on your form or... PUT ON MORE WEIGHT!!

This is the same kind of advice that has people always working out with wrist braces or telling people that deadlifts are bad for you...
