Being back in Japan, I feel slightly out of touch and am looking for some alternatives to the big bloated news web sources. What are some alternative internet news sources that you use that I (and others on this forum) could check out?
You’ve never heard of the Silanda? … It’s the ship that made the Warren of Telas run in less than 12 parsecs.

The Onion
Actually, I just browse digg/reddit...you get a lot of news, especially political, and some interesting stuff comes up. Digg is starting to suck/turn into 4chan, though.

I browse through google news reports, which of course include many different sources. I don't watch TV, and the only newspapers I read are the local one and USAToday, cause they're included in my dorm fees.
The President (2012) said:
Please proceed, Governor.
Chris Christie (2016) said:
There it is.
Elizabeth Warren (2020) said:
And no, I’m not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Mayor Bloomberg.

QUOTE (Stalker @ Jan 23 2009, 01:09 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."
I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.
