If you chose the advanced builder you can pretty much do anything.
It unfortunantly adds an annoying icanhascheeseburger signature in the bottom, but you can quickly remove that in paint.

I don't mind adding it myself, but the beauty of the caption builders is that they can make the font with black border around white text which greatly improves the quality of the picture in my opinion.
