With the confirmation that there wont be player name reveals, Thyr is looking like a good lynch to me. Whether or not MA can recruit at the moment (the reason I was voting for Rash yesterday) is moot if we dont know if we hit him. Other than that I dont really have any thoughts to what has happened. The lack of NKs (and yesterday's lynch for that matter) could have been for an number of reasons, which we will only know once we hit spoilers.

I dont really agree with Rashan's view of the game's structure, although credit for putting that together. Unfortunately I dont have a magical list of who's in my team, so discussion of starting numbers and what that would mean with respect to role distribution seems a little futile. Unless Thyr or Shadow want to share some details.

Well I reckon that its possible that Liosan or Gamelon might be one.
And I might concede that Kess might be one.

But honestly I am not sure, I mean Thyrr is one, I doubt that Rash is one and I doubt any of the modkilled players were leaders either.

Now Shadow on the other hand intrigues me. He claims that he knows something about the distribution yet he is not a leader. Obviously he could be lying, but I wonder if maybe he is his factions recruiter or can comm off thread with the recruiter while his leader is the alt everyone in his faction gets to know. <- Random thought but it kinda just occurred to me.

So all in all I am pretty damn clueless

Hmm. I am also intrigued by Shadow's mystical knowledge. Although he seems inclined to share it and seemed willing to reveal yesterday, so it might be worth keeping him around until tomorrow.

Well I had a quick look back over Kaschan's posts (figured I should contribute something):

He goes after Kessobahn to start with on the grounds of "weasely behaviour", then switches to Thyrllan after the Uberfind and initially argues quite strongly for Thyrllan to be lynched. Then he suddenly switches to Rashan - kind of abruptly, actually, which gives me pause. He was jumping on a rapidly growing train - 6th to join. He became (outwardly) convinced that Thyr would get NKed, then voted for Silanah this morning.

Apart from the train jump, there's not a whole lot to go on...but that could be construed as a leader trying to avoid being seen as supicious for getting on too late/not getting on at all. Take it or leave it...not really strong enough for me.

Re Game structure hypothesising: I think we're going to have trouble working out role distributions until the people with the knowledge step forwards tomorrow, and even then it'll be tricky (knowing how much to trust, etc.) Given there were no NKs last night, I think it's reasonable to assume that plenty of recruiting was going on, so working out the starting distributions probably isn't going to be much help at this point.

were you around for the Edur Split game? Or the Italian Merc game?

in the ES game each team had 3 leaders:
2 worked together to recruit the 3rd was the known face, i.e. thats the one the recruitees got to know

in the IM game, we had one faction that started off with a single person and whose recruiter became whoever had been in that faction longest.
