One thing I am not sure that has been mentioned in regards to the possesed (or maybe I skimmed over it) The players in the Beyond see all night actions. And the tips from PS state that NA's can be used and are encouraged to fool the dead. This would leaad me to believe that they do infact get to posses who they want. If they can't choose who they posses what use in fooliong them?

Night 3 end scene

People move around a lot at night, you begin to realise. you hear them outside the walls, and in a forest thats good going! Needless to say those spare pants have come in useful, but really someone with such irritable bowels shouldnt have tried the pre flight nuts and stuckto something they know, like stocks and shares, or working in a corner shop. Out here on a frontier world when everything is going to shit, you just wish you had listened to your mother and stayed in the encology like everyone else.

"Fresh air, free land, great forests" said the brochure, but man oh man where they lying bastards.

Now the sky is starting to turn red, with a weird fog that seems to glow and you curse those blasted teenagers and their stupid rave parties. A moments awkward crawling and then you pull yourself out of the tent.

"Shut up you bastards!" you shout stampeding toward the noise with Betsy your trusty shotgun in your hand.

The lights go out across the field and the music goes to a more manageable level, with a bitter grin you turn back and head into your tent. It takes a moment for you to notice whats wrong in the gloom, but when you lie down beside someone else you realise that perhaps your in the wrong tent, and you r wondering why your in a tent when your cabin is only thirty feet away, when you notice Omtose's face close to your own with a machete cross sectioning his brain in a very direct and fatal manner.

In the cabin the others hear your screams, and shut the window.

Well, quite possible they just thought him suspect.
They'd know he wasnt a killer, so therefore the only suspicious person left is cult.
They probably want rid of them just as much as us.

Suppose so but if they had left him alive then it looked likely that we were going to be talking about him anyway so it causes more confusion leaving him alive so I can't seem to work out how there picking their targets. Oh well its all WIFOM anyway.

Well, I don't know if it means that Omtose was of the original cult, that would be awesome. I disagree with the recruit-once-per-night, it just seems too much. If they recruit every two nights, say, then there's 50% chances Omtose was in the original 2 cults, i.e. one of the cult leaders.

Now, if they recruit every night, discard these stats, and if you ask me start praying

Just got back in and noticed Thyr and Omtose are gone. Got to cook the tea before I have a look back and see what has been happening. Does anybody have any idea how many cult are in game? A guesstimate even.

Actually, I suspect that the deposssesssssion will just leave us a dead body, but meh. I'll worry about that when it seems to be important.

So, what to do tomorrow First off, I'll be wary of Tennes from now on because he's VPI, and hence a very likely cult recruitment target (I would not be surprised if he'd already been recruited). Meanas still sticks in my mind for dropping that vote on Tellan and then disappearing instead of voting Ano.

Agreed we should be very leery of Tennes. Though he is also very good NK option so that might keep cult away.

Cult seems more dangerous, as they probably have quite a few members by now. On the other hand, ivet can kill.

Well, on the point of the ivet, I reckon it'll be someone rather distanced from the others, since Rashan was found by association with ano.

A cultist, nice. What are the opinions? Original member or recruit? I dont think his playstyle changed over the course of the game, which is slightly indicative of being an original member, but I'm probably just being hopeful here.
