As well - and this is more of a general statement - who did and didn't vote for Anomandaris shouldn't be held as relevant. We don't know if Cultists and Killers are aware of their team-mates, so for all we know, some of the people that voted for him thought he might be an Inno they could conveniently help dispose of, and some of those that didn't vote were holding back because they didn't want to attack a potential member of their own faction.

It's pretty dubious to act on the basis of who casts what vote, unless they let some info slip while casting it (that is, if the justifications they give are a bit over the top, or if they just vote without saying why).

Of course, I'm still all up for going after Rashan first thing first, when Day starts.

There's ambiguity here, and its precisely because you asked a question rather than saying "the only way I can read this, is: Anomander and Rashan are scum. remove vote, vote Anomandaris." which would be the proper thing to do when calling attention to someone, and showing singular intent. You didn't.

As said, the grammatical construction of the drunk post when seen as a misplaced PM points at a 'you' that isn't Rashan and isn't Omtose, but could be you, and has a higher probability of being you rather than anyone else in this game due to the construction of the first real sentence after the stout advert:

Also... if it was a direct reply to something you said on topic, then to which post? Where did you predict that he would feel as bad as Rashan (who posted a drunk post or at the least a severly mangled one a page earlier?)

The other one that tickles me is Rashan. He did panic a bit after minimal pressure from Telas, and this "leave Rashan alone" moment by Anomandaris was suspect. Rashan "joked" about getting symped, maybe diffusing the thing by pointing out the obvious, maybe he was himself annoyed of his "buddy's" initiative.

I then realized after reading it well that he basically admits to being scum, I didn't realize originally because I tend to skim the drunk posts because they're too hard to follow sometimes.

Then I can't really believe it and wait to see if others see the same I do (bringing back this post in the conversation because the thread at the time was drifting away from it (a Telas/someone argument if I remember well) and I didn't want to let it slip into oblivion.

All caught up. Still not 100% sure what the connection between Rashan and Ano is, other than the one drunken post. Probably because I still have no idea what Ano was saying.

Now I think it's more than likely the Ivet know each other and have offthread comms. I didnt really see anyone defending Ano, so there's no obvious scum there.

Meanas jumped on another train despite the fact that Ano was the obvious lynch. Definitely suspicious, but he's site RL internet issues as his reason for not coming back and changing. There's no way we can prove him wrong, but he cant prove it either. Bit of a risky defense for someone who's obviously about to come under a lot of pressure. Smart scum would have cut their losses and put on their votes. So I dont know about Meanas - that would have been a incredibly stupid move for a scum to make, but it's not unheard of.

Rashan accidentally starting the train with a distancing vote is plausible, but again stupid. His vote was on Ano for quite a while iirc before the group of votes came in. In that time their was quite a bit of grumbling about Ano amongst others. Plenty of time to remove vote and try stop a train before it starts.

So not defending either of them, but if they are scum I have to say I'm disappointed as they've played poorly.

Last two or three votes are always suspicious, as they could be distancing votes once it's clear which way the wind is blowing. Omtose and HP dont strike me as killers, dont really have a read on Mockra. Still, I could be wrong and will go look over their posts in a bit.

The last option is that the other killers simply weren't around. I know I'm in that group, but I was one of the people grumbling about Ano (and Telas) before I had to leave for the night. With 10? other people, a lot of whom haven't said much, it will be difficult to find a killer there, although chances are at least on is.

Finding cult on a train against scum is difficult, as for all intents and purposes they would act like innos, maybe with a little less reservations. Maybe the people that tossed on votes near the middle without contributing much else. Galayn Lord springs to mind, as does Gamelon, but I will have to reread the end of yesterday to check.

Ok, those are my thoughts on the situation so far. Anyone else have any?

Now we have a damned "killer" CF, which is like a golden pogo stick of information, with two names, Meanas and Rashan.

Shadow comes out of nowhere to make sure to add names on that list, mine to be precise, using arguments which are borderline ridiculous.

I'm not personally insulted at the insinuations or anything, just that I like to pull at scum when I see it. And that smells it from here, and my screen is the old-fashioned type without the Smell-O-Rama technology the new ones have.

Anyway, plenty of time left in night + day, and I'm also willing to lynch Rashan (as I said earlier, before I threw out the misposted PM theory). If he comes up as anything but Ivet, it is after all also a demonstration that your interpretation is wrong. (not that that is proof that mine is right, just that it could be considered and tested).

Sleep is hard to come, and the town feels restless even from your bed. People toss and turn int he night, while others move around int he darkness, searching for a warm bed to lay in, or a lead on which to set their sights for the coming day. If anything the anger is getting stronger, and glowing burning bright within you so that your stomach churns with acidic butterflies.

You crawl out of bed, and stagger into the bathroom. You see a ghost staring back at you, the dreams of your future in a tattered and bloody ruin behind your hollow eyes. It feels like a bad sugar rush, or the crash afterward you can barely think to tell. You hands are still shaking, and you can see blood on them, blood of young men and women whom you beat mercislessly to death without thought just hours before. Despite powells badgering you feel a wrongness in the air, something isnt right, something is seriously not right.

You sniff the air, wondering at the acrid and metallic smell on the air. The night sounds strange aswell, as if its holding its breath.

You venture out into the predawn darkness and see powell standing over a body, you take a tentative step closer, edging your way round behind his massive body until you see the corpse of D'riss dead int he dirt.

"Theres two more over there," he says, his face unreadable.

You follow that bloody hand, speechless, until your eyes fall upon barghast and Tellan, strung up from a tree, their bodies still in the soft breeze, no peace on their faces, but horror and terror etched into every line.

You turn, and flee the scene...

Barghast has died, they were TOWN.
D'riss has died, they were TOWN.
Tellan has died, they were TOWN.

It is day 2, you have 36 hours remaining.

Three NKs. WTF? Overeager vigs? I certainly hope so. Bit of a waste if that's the case though It's either that or there's three killers, (each with a separate kill) remaining. I highly doubt that. Personally I think two of those kills were scum, the other a vig. Or there's some other weird mechanic that caused people to die that we just dont know about.

Sigh. Dunno what to make of that. All lowish posters. All town. Noone under much suspicion, except maybe Tellan. So almost no information, other than the number of kills.
