I need to fucking hurry up with my ASoIaF reread so I can move on to CBK before Dance comes out.

Why do I feel like I am in the opening five minutes of FOUR WEDDINGS & A FUNERAL?

I always hear this really embarassing hard rock ballad thing with "I want it all I want it now" in my head when reading these threads. Next Stover, next Butcher, next Bakker, next Morgan. Fuck.

Still waiting for your admission that HD and BoT were awesome, Sombra, unless your order isn't shipping until LAW is released next fucking year. In which case you're fucked.

Caine's Law is only two @#$%ing months away, and for some reason I'm suddenly getting very fucking excited. I'm planning on doing a reread of Caine Black Knife leading up to it, partly to get Part 1 fresh in my mind, but also because I've only read it twice (compared to three reads each of the previous Caine books.) and also because, well fuck.

Also, for those looking for their Stover fix before April, I can heartily recommend his Magic: The Gathering novel, Test of Metal. Even if you don't care (or know a thing) (or give a fuck) about the MtG franchise, it's a fucking blast.

Friggin awesome. It's not Caine vs. XXX, it's Caine vs. fucking Suvudu!

And he quoted a line from one of the best songs in the world! (no, I did not squeal like a little girl on a rocking horse).

Elizabeth Moon chickened out with her Suvudu write-up. Either she didn't embrace the idea fully or she doesn't want to make the choice.
