In deadhouse gates when you see Daseems Daughter body, I could have sworn it mentions when she dies and gives an idea how far back it was. I will have to double check that book to find that.

It was probably about 40-30 years ago, I think.
Dassem had taken out the Guard and Quon was unified under Kellanved, and it was before all the Seven Cities were conquered, because otherwise Hood and Dassem wouldnt be estranged in the flash-backs in NoK. And also, we know it happened in 7C, or else Dassem wouldn't have been able to put her body in the Tremorlor.

We know that she was placed in Tremorlor just after Hood used her in the most recent Chaining and that Dassem broke with Hood just after that because of using his daughter.

In Temper's flashbacks it is said (or maybe just heavily implied) that by the end of the siege of Y'Ghatan Dassem had broken with Hood, but it was not common knowledge (Temper didn't know until Dassem talked about it just before the battle). Given that this sort of thing probably couldn't stay under wraps for all that long, he probably broke with Hood shortly before that battle. Of course we don't know when precisely the siege occured in the conquest of 7C...

We can easily estimate: It was around the time Surly made her move to become Laseen. Give or take a year, it would be just before the start of GotM prologue with Whiskey Jack and Paran.
