@ Mockra: If you want my thoughts:
I proposed what I see as the best/humanitarian road to global victory. My role is out there, it is protective and its solely pointed at me. I can't whip about with pro-active abilities to provoke recruitment, and I can't threaten with unmentioned abilities to make me more interesting. Telas would call bullshit on me straightaway.

If it comes to a showdown between Peter and Company, I definately have value for Peter, for I can guarantee (with the limited knowledge I have) that I'll be around to vote twice in support of his faction. You guys need me for victory as well, so I'm not scared to be left out. But right now, I have no victory condition and no real way to attract recruitment other than shout "pick me!"; who I end up with, is for you and Peter to arrange.

So, I'll sit around and wait and let you and Peter slug it out over who gets me, aside from my personal preference.
Passive? Yeah, definately. I even voted for night twice already this game, which is more than in my previous 10 games

we can nullify his powers and recruit everyone else tonight.
then recruit peter tomorrow night.

and re-recruit sylar the next. Since im sure he will escape.
We might have to kill peter since if they both escape the very next night after getting caught it is impossible for us to catch them both.
So im not entirely sure how the mechanics of this escape works. Since how the hell were we supposed to catch, adam, peter, claire AND sylar if they can all escape the next night??
Especially with peter and sylar needing three tokens each to get caught??

Another thing that bothers me is i know now that liosan could recruit BEFORE we captured him...so i am very wary of fucking everybody right now.

Adam's victory condition might have been overridden by yours.
Maybe the same goes for Claire (she only loses to Sylar?)
Might be that once captured, you could lynch them, and they'd still count as captured for your victory condition.
Lastly, somehow, you can amass either 6 people who can capture, or you can build up a shitload of tokens so that you can subdue them. There's no other explanation I can see.
