Sylar reeks of desperation right now.

Peter's idea about hm having BPs is based on Peter himself having BPs
and if Peter's who i think he is, he'd claim BPs no matter what happened

bottom line, i believe that once I vig him, Sylar dies.

Although, reading the rules, peter can still win dead.

So that means that if, at any point, sylar is dead and claire lives, he wins?

Since weve decided killing claire isnt an option, then we CAANOT kill sylar. Not unless we recruit and kill peter first.
And yet, that gives sylar more time to kill claire.

This seems rather unbalanced, against noah etc, who have to keep claire alive, as killing her and recruiting sylar is the FAR easiest option for everyone else, so they have by far the hardest job.

Sylar can kill you whether you deaden his power or not.
In the shows, the haitian only works close range.

Sylar could kill you with a telekenetically guided stone from 100metres, chances are.
Or a nuclear explosion.

Once its started, its not gonna stop. The haitian stops the power being used near him. It doesnt stop the power itself.
Just because it comes near you, a fireball, once launched, aint gonna go out...
