I got stuck there as well. The hint said refresh, so I decided to be desperate and click refrsh and the page rebooted to the front page.

EDIT: And guess what, I'm on to level 16.

I finished it, maybe I was just lucky. Try keeping your first click near the center when two or three balls are about to hit it.
