I change my vote.

I suggest Stormy's version of eliminating things. It's better than mine. :)

I have a one-strike policy.

My friend won't pick up her phone and is more or less incommunicado. It's so frustrating when it happens.

Tories.

Fuck them in the eye.

Thanks to them and their cripppling cuts to the public sector, I've just got home from work after a 9 - 22.00 day. Tomorrow, I will likely repeat, unless I go in early. There is no sympathy from the tory councillors, who still think we're lucky to be earning low wages because we get an ok pension scheme, which they're attempting to take away from us anyway, and they have in recent days e-mailed a colleague at 11pm asking a question nothing to do with the work we cover and then following up with an irate email 10mins later demanding why they hadnt yet received a response.

Thatcher, the day you die, I am holding a party to celebrate and condemn all you stand for. Grrrrr

If there isn't a parade on that day the world should be condemned to the fire.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

That's not a negative. You're going to Sunny, gorgeous Queensland!! Feel a bit down? Go to Crystal Cascades, take a dip, jump of the cliffs. Still feel down, go the Woolshed and stand on some tables while having a dance and a drink. Still feeling down? Head down to mission beach in an airplane and skydive at a ridiculous speed and feel your heart race.

I love Queensland!!

Don't bother, Tatts, Loki has an incurable distaste for Queensland.

And a baffling obsession with Victoria :)

I've never been too Victoria, all I can say is i've been to Australia 2 times, and both times I went to Queensland. I had the best times there. Next time i'll be visiting my brother who lives in Perth and has been offered residency!!

Victoria on the otherhand is awesome!

Shiara was right, and pipped you to your response by mere minutes. I like the storms, i like the sun, I like the humidity, I like the greenery, I like everything about it. There is a restaurant, wait, instead of just naming that one place i'd do it injustice, the food there is awesome, tasty and delicious, I had the best food in all of the restaurants. I loved so many I am forgetting the names, I stayed in Palm Springs and had many nice meals, and days on the beach.

I will say this though, my brother probably agreed with you. He stayed in Cairns for 5 months and was offered a job by the government but he moved to Perth instead and would prefer to live and stay in Perth.

Just found out that my parents are moving back home (from Queensland) sooner than planned. Dad got offered a job back here and he accepted beacuse they wanted to move back here anyway and he might not have been able to get a job when the contract he was on finished.

Anyway, this wouldn't be a problem except that I am renting their house here in Perth. So now I am looking to buy a place about 5 months earlier than I orignally thought (Dad's contract finished in April next year), they said I can stay with them a while longer if I want to save some more but I'm not sure I can handle living with them too long. Plus they are thinking about selling up and moving into a smaller house anyway.

So now I am in the property market and prices here in WA are stupid. :crybaby:

So my Saturdays are gonna start been filled with looking at houses methinks. :admin:

Stomach is playing up. Have eaten two pieces of toast today (it's now 2:15pm) and it doesn't feel like it's getting any better.
