Yeah, theres been a Tornado Watch all day and until 4AM, that just means the weather is favorable for a Tornado.

They just issued a warning a while ago that means one has been spotted by person or on the radar.

I'll be in Indiana Thursday if she needs anything! Ha.

Depends where in Indiana. I live about 50 miles from Evansville, so i have their local tv stations warning app. 14 First Alert.

If she's closer to Indy, they have a couple stations that have one.

Otherwise.the NOAA Weather Alert App or StormShield.

Have her download WeatherApp, which is just common sense in the Midwest.

Otherwise, if she's near Indy, have her download WTHR, Fox 59, CBS4Indy, IndyTV.

Frankly, if she has TV all these channels are broadcasting watches or warnings. I'm about 10 miles south of Indy. If she gets scared, get her in a closet or downstairs if she has an apartment.

Nothing is going to happen. This happens all the time.

She'll be fine.

She can give me a call if you want. There have been about 2 times in my 36 year old life I've hidden in my closet because of storms. However, I dream of tornadoes all the time. Comes from being here. I can talk her through if you want.

They are small, terribly destructive, but short and unpredictable.

As an FYI I went and stood at the door earlier and enjoyed it for a while.... Windy, cool, lots of lightning. I like storms.

Can't tell you the amount of tornado dreams I've had. Generally pretty exciting. Like Twister (RIP BIll Paxton) but without a car, in my hometown. Fun!

I have spotted at least 2 spiders with a greater than 3 inch diameter in my house in 2 days. This is a bit uncommon

It's always worse during periods where I'm stressed and it's been fucking haywire for the last five nights.

It's actually really common for people to experience one off episodes of muscle atony throughout their life especially if they have had sedating medication, alcohol, are in a heightened period of mental stress/exhaustion, sleep deprivation etc. I think they call it isolated sleep paralysis and it tends to only occur upon waking up.

I have recurrent sleep paralysis which means I can get it when I am falling asleep or am just really tired as well as upon waking up and I get it everyday/night. Plus, mine overlaps with another parasomnia conditioned called sleep terrors. I can't think of the term right now but I have a hybrid condition since muscle atony doesn't usually occur with sleep terrors. And sleep paralysis is REM based and sleep terrors are NREM based.
