Today is so crammed with stuff...I have to go out now in the freezing ass (-23 with wind chill) weather to get a pork roast to do up on the slow cooker tomorrow, then we are driving into the next town over to check out a venue, then we are (for some reason) stopping at my gf's best friends house, then coming back to the city to go to her parents for dinner, and I probably won't get time to myself to just relax till 8PM.

Sigh.

At least tomorrow is a holiday.

People who go barefoot in the gym. God damn that pisses me off. You live in fucking Sweden, you can AT LEAST afford to put on a pair of SOCKS! I cannot for the life of me understand why in the flying hippo anyone would elect to go barefoot at the gym, as dirty and infested as the floor is likely to be. Gods, I hate feet so much. When I am at the height of my power, I will ban feet.

My multi-function printer is out of ink. Bah, so what I don't need to print anything, I just need to scan.
But no, scanning requires ink apparently.

In general, people who don't know what they're doing and people who drop the ball.

Specifically, writing reports pointing out major flaws in planned projects and having someone on the client's side misplace them while I think the flaws are being addressed. And then when I raise the question months later about when I can expect to see revised plans to review, getting a response to the effect that the original plans are being used and the project is going ahead in a couple days, what were my concerns again? So now after restating them I finally get a response late in the week which is full of errors, meaning I had to work over the weekend to write another report pointing out the errors in the response. With how in depth I have had to go to get my point across it is starting to feel like I am teaching someone else how to do thier and my jobs. The one bright side is that I am on good enough terms with the client that when I get the inevitable phone call tomorrow saying the project now has to be delayed, it's going to cost huge amounts of money and asking why I didn't bring this up earlier, I can be blunt about it and straight out say that I brought it up months ago and that I told them they would be delaying the project last week.

Something appears to be wrong with my houses septic tank...wonderful.

And this is why I will never, ever, ever, ever live anywhere without a good, urban sewer.

Meh, being on a sewer system is not failproof either. Due in part to bylaws against treecutting, I lived in two different places in University where we had tree roots grow into the sewer line.

Cheaper to deal with than septic tank issues, but still not pleasant. In both cases we discovered the issue when sewage started backing up into the shower.

I am still depressed. I have been depressed for 5 weeks now. Usually it comes and goes every 3 or 4 weeks, but this time it just stayed. So now I'm scared it just won't go away, and that if I try to go to counseling/therapy, it's going to be too expensive. I've also never done well on any sort of SSRIs or SSNRI's, as they tend to eliminate my depression in favor of ramping up my anxiety to the point of having panic attacks daily.

I wish my brain could just go die in a fire, except then that would be bad for the rest of me. :\
Currently re-reading the entire series and waiting for Fall of Light. You can catch me in the chat to win a drawing request!~MISANDRY FOR LIFE MUAHAHA~

Sorry, Puck, but it's hardly a spoiler that the days were going to be cold. I mean you find that out pretty early anyway.

Gamereactor promised me that I would get to review Gears of War: Judgment, since they've only given me crappy games so far. What happens? I won't get a reviewer's copy, because Epic Games/People Can Fly are doing it as an event instead, in a hotel at an undisclosed location. Gamereactor is only going to send one (1) journalist there. Who is it? NOT ME.

I'm of a mind sending the developers and whatnot and email, telling them how stupid they are and that they're going to make me unemployed very soon.

One of my brother's mates at basketball snapped his Achilles' tendon and might not ever walk again. That's pretty rough.

So tired...and this is after ten hours' sleep (yes, that was necessary, it has been a loooooong week, topped off by yesterday which basically went "sleep 3am, get up 7am, sleep 3am" due to a variety of circumstances involving work, exams, and final projects all coinciding to beat me over the head with the Tired Bat™)... :S

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he snapped his Achilles tendon.

I've just gone over my porn stash. On the one hand it is sizable and serves me equally well to most streaming porn sites out there, but it is not so big as to be a source of pride. And it has loads of quality in it, but I have just realised that my taste in porn is very narrow.

So I shall work harder from now on! More downloading and more midget porn! Vamos!
Legalise drugs! And murder!

Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.
