I'm mildly annoyed that recently, whenever I post anything in the book related subforums, I get an answer along the lines of:

I disagree, because blahblah.

But in truth it's never the opposite of what I said, but an affirmation of it written with other words. And I sit there and muse on whether to try and point that out politely or just bang my head against the wall and let it be.

I really regret buying FoD. Not because of the book itself (I loved it!!) but it means I lost 2 days of studying and I'm really beginning to panic now. I feel like I have too much work for the time I have left.

The sheer feeling of tests being over surpasses actual grades, graduating, a life of success, etc. All pale in comparison, so why worry?

yeah but I haven't reached that point yet, so I'm still worrying. And I really need to pass these exams if I want to stay at my school.

Stopped playing GW2 at a reasonable hour last night so I could go to bed and get a good nights sleep.... then couldn't sleep. May as well have stayed up playing :rolleyes:

I was gonna go see Paranorman today, but my battery is dead. The other day I bought some Crazy Bread, and the lid of the sauce came off in the car, so I turned on the ceiling light to see if it had spilled anywhere. It hadn't, but in my relief I left the light on (overnight).

We've decided to just hunker down and wait it out. Luckily it "seems" to be not getting much stronger.

The elections here in Quebec are about a week away and I have no clue who I'm going to vote for, which for me so rarely ever happens that I cannot bring to mind the last time I was so undecided. What doesn't help is the fact that I cannot (on principal) vote for a separatist party so that automatically eliminates two, maybe three of them. Add to that the fact that my riding usually always votes the exact opposite way that I do and...yeah. Lack of options + dislike of most of the candidates = groove messed with.

Puck trudges over to the shop. Nobody's there. Second time an hour later. Nobody's there. Repead another hour later. Still nobody there. Repeat again..
Puck: So, what should I do?
Puck's mom: I have no idea, I'm busy. Come back tomorrow.
The next day..
Puck: Here I am, and I got assignments to do for uni, so what's so important?
Puck's mom: I've had no time to prepare the stuff. Do some ironing or something. Don't be so lazy and come bacl tomorrow.
Puck: Mom, I love you, but that's the second day I had plans to do uni stuff and you called me over...
Puck's mom: Nothing's for free. Now get out, I am busy.

I love my mom and I readily help her at the shop, but I wish she would stop planning my time for me or at least actually know what it is I should do :rolleyes:

I'm kinda not too motivated to do whatever it is she wants done on friday morning before going to work, which is what will happen if this goes on, and it will, because it always does, and then she will be unhappy, because I won't have time and will sew sloppily or something like that *sigh*
