Once again, for nonsensical reasons, I miss my football game for the third week running. God's sake.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

Why'd you miss your football match? I hate it when I don't get a game, but 3 weeks running...you must be fuming!

Dissertation deadline tomorrow. One of them is hopelessly rubbish, uncompleted and yet worth the most to my degree. Why did I leave it til last?!?!

Smoke Alarms. Why you ask? Aren't they a good thing for fire detection and not dying?

Well, yes they are. But not if they go off for no reason, every 2 - 5 minutes... from 2am until at least 8am for 2 nights in a row. Monday night when it first night and I was really feverish... feverish and loud beeping is not a good combination. And last night I wasn't as sick, but didn't sleep well because of it :)

It is getting looked at today as it is a $14,000 alarm system that was only put in in January aparently. I really hope it is fixed!

I did something I really shouldn't have done last week. It was one of those periodic "snap" moments that come when things aren't working and haven't been for a long time. Although everyone who knows what happened has said that it's not my fault, I'm still very angry at myself and at the other person.

Some of that's leaked onto here and I apologize to those of you who I've grumped at too much.

I have taken and am about to take some steps, including a move and seeking therapy, that'll hopefully put things on a much better groove.

Oh and on the way home from jiu-jitsu, I came across a section of the highway where it smelt like someone ran over a skunk that had been mid-crap. Smelt terrible. I think I'll make a Phoenix Inn thread about this.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

Sadly, i was too hungry to call them back, just picked them off.

BUT, i can still taste the mushroominess. And it angers me.

But to be fair, its still pretty good.

I had a pizza the other day, which I actually put mushrooms on myself to improve. But then, I am a filthy pervert freak monster, which might explain it...

There's a burgler alarm going off across the street, and has been for about an hour now. I could be a good neighbour and call the police or something. But around here, I'd probably get arrested for wasting police time. There's a station just down the road, I'm sure they can hear it themselves. Just MAKE IT STOP!!

Well...

1st Time: Open Day at school-due to my highly underpowered place on the House Committee I was forced to attend. I did nothing but eat biscuits.
2nd Time: Mother's Day-that box I gave Mumsy gave her delusions of grandeur. I had to stay with her. Grrrrr.
3rd Time: Cousin's birthday-what was the point? She's two years old! She doesn't like me anyway!!!

But she said I can go to every other game. And what with exams approaching (I share your pain Mappo) that will come in handy.

My current messed groove: my cast is off but I still can't play. Botheration.

Ouch, that's an unfortunate set of circumstances. Congrats on getting your cast off by the way.

Groove is seriously out of whack because no one went out tonight, so I was all by my lonesome...and the Essendon vs. Richmond game is thoroughly disappointing and good at the same time.

Hey Brood...didn't know you liked AFL. Tough luck yesterday, Mappo. But the Pies won...finally.

Messed groove? Went to my game at last, but we lost. Teammates second guessing the coach. Fractious. Ah me.

Yeah the Bombers won by around 30 points. I thought it was going to be a good game, with the Tigers leading at half time, and it looked like we were gonna have a close one. Then the Tigers turned into the horrible team they usually are and Essendon dominate from there. Good because I like Essendon, but crap because I wanted a good game.

AIJ, never second guess the coach (unless the coach is Terry Wallace...)! Mutineers! For shame!

I know...what's worse, our best player was the mutineer in this case. He was really pissed off. But he got better.

And in another case, another good player injured his finger, and demanded to go back on. Wide-eyed stupid much? :(

What's the matter AIJ, you not good enough? :D Haha I'm joking. What position do you play anyway?

I wouldn't worry about it. He may be an idiot, but he'll learn.

My groove is messed with computer troubles, and my nerd-dom unfortunately does not extend to computer fixing...sigh.
