I was having a good morning and then all of the sudden the Monday Blues got me down, and now I feel utterly cruddy.

Rain.

I was barely five metres out of the train station before my shoes were soaked through on the way to work. Now they are propped against the wall to dry out, with my sodden socks artfully draped upon them and my feet are freezing in the aircon.

We are supposed to get 8-15 inches of snow tomorrow. This is in an area so woefuilly unequipped to deal with snow that a half inch is literally enough to get schools cancelled for a day. This should be interesting.

I think my camera is broken. My auto-focus is acting all weird, and searching around rather than just taking nice crisp shots.

Groove is messed, because I don't know what's wrong, and I think it might be expensive. And because my camera is the nicest thing I own.
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Reviewing books. I hate to say it but it's starting to steal the joy from my reading. Books have always been my "joy" staple; no matter what was getting me down I always had reading... but throwing up long discourse onto the blog is really becoming difficult and I always feel like I have to get to the next book to keep things consistent and keep readership up.

It's just got me down.

That was an awesome game, but disgusting for the Saints defense.

Malcolm Jenkins should be sent to the Arena League. One of the worst games i've seen a DB play in a long time.
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Blergh.

I just received a notice that tells me that selling my house and settling my mortgage prematurely is going to result in a 3% penalty of the total value of my mortgage. Urgh. Paying money to sell, weird premises.
And there is a chance that my life insurance will do the same, in which case, I might have to take a loan in order to be able to sell.

My gran (on my mother's side) had been battling a number of cancers for over a year, and they finally became too much for her over Christmas. She passed away just over an hour ago.

She was an awesome gran, and we're all going to miss her.

My family and I went through the same thing with my grandfather in November. I'm sorry to hear that she passed, you have my sincere condolences.

Really sorry Illy.

Cancer is fucking shit everyone in my family dies of it around 60-65. My grandad lived till 69 but it paralysed him 7 years before that. All sorts of shit.
