Diplomacy 3.0 sign up topic for those waiting... a new game

Ok so it seems there is enough interest for another game to be set up, so anybody interested in playing express your interest here.

The game will start when we have enough interested people, if we can get enough people I think the original map would be the best for people to get to grips with things, so 7 people would be ideal, if not a 5/6 person map is possible. I'll let this thread run for a week or so to let interested parties say they are in, if we don't get enough new people, those playing the current game can also join in.

Agree though, I'll only play if there really is no one else.

I'll try and write up an intro thing at some point too, try to give advice on how to play, how to use realpolitik, etc...

I think it was gavin who made a good point in the other thread... If there are enough noobs who want to, we could operate a sort of team/mentor thing, for current players to help out and give advice to new players who really don't have a clue...
