Turkey and Britain did the best in the standard game last time, I wouldn't worry.

Yeah, England almost beat Turkey, so you got a good power :w00t:

Yeah, turkey is a corner power in the normal game, so it's much easier.
I recommend leaving it a bit longer before the first deadline though. Took most of us a while to get the hang of it first time round...

Oh and is this where I whore my mentorness? I take bids in the form of whoever will take me :w00t:

Unfortunately I have a deep-rooted hatred of people who post with their mafia accounts...

I keed, I keed! :w00t: Up the reich, and up yours too.

This map looks ridiculously limited after playing Modern though. Where can we go?

I suppose I could mentor if anyone wants me, although I should point out that v2.0 was my first try. But I'd be more than happy should a need arise :w00t:.

Sir Thursday
Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Yep, will do that now.

Anyways mentor assignations:

Austria - Macros - no mentor
England - Dkt - Gavin
France - Tapper - no mentor
Germany - Grief - Brood
Italy - Tira - Dib's
Russia - Ossric - Sir Thursday
Turkey - Mentalist - JA

Any objections? I think everyone is at around GMT, ossric tapper and me in holland are +1 and dkt +2 in SA, so timezones should not be an issue.

I'm also available for questions and advice if need be, email me at imperialhistorian@gmail.com or via msn at minett87@gmail.com.

Due to problems with access at work to the malazan forums don't try and contact me via the forums, email is better, I have access to the forums from approximately 7-11 pm GMT but can access email most times.

Oh, urr... I've already been chatting to grief, so should probably be paired with him. I know things that would be an unfair advantage otherwise.

working on it.. I think I'm starting to figure out Realpolitik, :p

EDIT: also I'm based in Canadaland, so GMT -5
I don't assume that will be too much of a problem as i'm usually still awake when GMT ppl wake up...
