it wasn't disasterous, and I am pleased with the play of some of the newer players, and the return of GA naturally, but all in all I am dissapointed in how slow the game has been.

Nah, it wasn't that slow. This was the biggest game (20 players!) I've ever played in.

I'm not exactly satisfied with my performance, but it's mostly due to this being my first merc game.
