Down another 2 pounds for a total of 43 pounds lost since Christmas, only 20 more to lose to get to my goal weight
Monsignor:...Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.
Connor: [as the brothers exit the church] I do believe the monsignor's finally got the point.
Murphy: Aye.

I finally can move my shoulder properly after hurting it at the start of December playing hockey. Although it's probably my fault it took so long to heal as I never stopped playing while it was injured. So every time it was starting to feel a little better I was undoing everything.
I'm not about to engage in a battle of the wits with an unarmed opponent.

EDIT: I am happy because I realised how badly my original post could be taken BEFORE someone pointed it out :D I feel very proud of myself. Zeke is my Xbox and I need batteries for his controller.......still sounds a little rude but not my fault Microsoft went with 'Xbox'.

ORIGINAL:
Due to TQB commitments I have been neglecting my Zeke so now that TQB tactics have changed I'm ready to give him some lovin' ;)

I just need to find some batteries or a cord...

HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

Got my first game for my brother and I's shared Xbox. He set it up for me in my room and I have been playing Assassins Creed all day and I'm not completely usless at it which is coming as a massive surprise considering the last game I played was spyro (and I got stuck). I am sure I'm developing blisters on my thumbs and fingers, it hurts to type!

The thing I noticed most about the first time I played Assassin's Creed....was that when I would go out and walk around the city after, I was always looking at buildings for handholds and thinking to myself...I could climb that shit.

Fucking great series of games.

I found myself doing this one time after a test at uni - late at night, waiting for the bus, and there's this awesome white stone church complete with tower just sitting RIGHT THERE. No fences, guards, it's not doing anything...and I'm looking at it thinking "I could totally climb that" and started mapping out a route. It was definitely doable. Gotta love churches for that sort of thing...stupid sense of self-preservation and public duty. Gah. :D

Had the girlfriend over last night to meet the family. Contrary to my expectations, they treated her like an honoured guest. Contrary to her expectations, I was not freaked out by her parents in the slightest. Spent a good few hours watching Firefly.

And, uh, yeah, making out like wild rabbits. On my bedroom floor, on the couch and on my parents bed. That last one most of all.

As Wash once said, "Have you ever been with a warrior woman?" :D

Seeing her again Tuesday. Yee-haw.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

Got an extension for my essay! Well-deserved, I might add! I'm so super happy about it, postgrad and work are not mixing well at the moment.

And Ain't, you're probably going to hate me a little bit, but you are fucking adorable. You need to know that and relish it.

Yeah I've been wary of climbing things since the time I jumped out of a tree, thankfully no broken bones, just a massive bruise, my shorts caught on a branch on the way down and I was hanging upside down for some time until my brother managed to extract me. Last time I tried to climb a streetlamp/wall I took the skin off my knee. My problem is making pretend dagger thrusts at my brother who doesn't appreciate me shoving my hand in his face every two seconds.

Ah well it's been a magic day despite the blisters.
