Just had a plumber come over to take a look at a pipe in my bathroom that's been dripping water for a while. Was already prepared it would cost me a fortune, and that they'd probably need to tear down walls and make mess in the bathroom and that I'd be posting in the "What's Messing With Your Groove" thread today...
In the end, it turned out it was just water condensating on a cold metal pipe. And the guy wouldn't take any money for coming extra over here - said I was already a long-time customer and that it was all right, since he didn't have to do anything. So now I'm both very happy that my household budget is still intact and totally embarassed by his kindness.
I just hope next time I have a real emergency in my aparment and call him he won't think I'm crying "wolf"...

Had breakfast and a Starbucks with some amazing friends, got my Costco card at last, I FLIPPING LOVE THAT PLACE, the sun is shining, Man Utd beat Man City, Chelsea are losing to Spurs, the sun is shining, I have cold beer in the garden and I am meeting some more great friends in the pub tonight.
