Sony's E3 keynote. FUCK YEAH. Not only do they take pot-shots and outplay M$ on every major point of contention that M$ fucked up with, they go nuclear by unveiling two massive sequels (FF:XV and Kingdom Hearts III). All hail Sony!

Then they finish by undercutting the Xbone's price by a $100 US despite having better hardware in the box. An issue which I'm pretty sure comes down to the added price of the Kinect.

Yup, and the Kinect isn't even something that appeals to me, so that's just one more positive to Sony.
Of course, this could as easily go in the Groove messing thread, seeing as I'm also a bit put out by the fact that Microsoft dropped the ball so hard on this one, and that Sony's victory here is mostly down to them not doing stupid, stupid things rather than particular hardware superiority (though their first party and large titles so far do tend to outweigh the X1's).
But still, that ends up making me happy.

Just to bad that they haven't come up with a controller that is close to the one on 360.But if we ignore that ps4 look like a way better buy, after all they got bungie to now.

Have they announced any X1 exclusive games yet? Or are they still focussing on how much of an all rounder its going to be?

Not played any of the Halo games (I got a 360 as it was a lot cheaper and also Gears of War is great) and Dead Rising got boring very quickly... Don't really know the others but nothing is making me want it...

Buy Halo Reach, it's the only one you really need, but I have no clue if anyone still plays it online.

Even Halo 4 is better than the shit soup that was Reach.
Meanwhile the best game I've seen at the conference was Titanfall, and I WANT IT NOW.

The clouds over my office are so dark and stormy I just ran outside and yelled "MOONCHILD!" at the top of my lungs. Everyone thinks I'm crazy.
Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.

Went to the specialist* today and he told me that my GP was "over zealous" with the Parkinson's diagnosis and that given my medical history a little twitching now and again was nothing to be concerned about. He said that if the Neupro helps fine. But if I could live with the issues I've got now the side effects of Neupro would be of more concern to him. Further, he said that my history was 'interesting' and he had sent my file to a classmate who was interested in doing a full range of tests with a view to publishing. While I don't particularly like the fact that I'm "interesting" to neurologists, the word on the diagnosis has me walking on air.

I have no words. Every time I think Scalia or Thomas can't go any lower...
