There's this new thing called 'lights', Silencer. :apt2:

Brand new father, and very very tired (but not as tired as my poor wife).

Boy, but hard to say that for sure until the head rounds out or not.

It was pretty cold today cos of the wind (so that puts us outdoors). And you are right, it does start getting dark by he time our games are ending, which is around 4:30.

I actually played 2 games today, since the university teams are usually stuck for players around exam time and end of term. So played the first half for one team on the wing, and then played centre back for the other varsity team (for 90 mins). I 'm wrecked tired now though.

Ah, see...your post was at 7:30, and said you'd "just got back" from playing. So I did some reverse math and figured you must have only got home at the latest at 6:30, and therefore, game would have been *starting* around 5. Hence my query. :apt2:

Oh shut up. The South Island can't afford lights. Can they? D:

:p

Also, congrats Gust Hubb! :apt2:

Congrats Gust! Live long and prosper.

My formal was a fucking BLAST. Got suited up AND with my bitchin' black fedora, looked like a 1940's gangster. Went to pick up my date, and she was a vision in red, cleaned up beautifully :apt2: Went to pre-drinks, met some of my other friends who were all wearing their best (HOT ASIANS AHOY :apt2:) Took our limousine and Skrillex'd our way to the function centre, along with a wonderful rendition of "Jack Sparrow" by Lonely Island feat. Michael Bolton (well done chaps). Got in and met the rest of our friends, and it was just great to see them all together. Got a shitload of photos done, good catching-up and danced the night away (it was the moshiest pit you've ever laid eyes on). The after-party was a tad dead but my partner and I had a good time just chewing the fat with her :apt: So yeah, all in all, a great time had by all. And here's me and my date :p

In the planning stages for the trip of a lifetime, a Mediterranean cruise with gf and friends. If we pull off organizing it, I'll be very happy.

One payment away from paying off the credit card debt that's been hanging around my neck for 5 years, and will be able to start fresh again and pay off month to month.

Also, My Drunk Kitchen videos are stupidly awesome and funny to cheer up from Monday blues.

Had a stupid fucking idiot who was tailgating me on the motorway on ramp at rush hour today. He then literally missed me by inches when he pushed past me from behind while I about to change lanes which I had been indicating to do or a while in heavy traffic Posted Image

I was so busy wishing he'd crash into a pole and die leaving the road one with one less arsehole on it that I missed my exit. Which, it turns out, was a good thing, because I got to see him followed for about 500m and pulled over by cop, and got to cheerfully wave at him as we went past Posted Image

I laughed aaaaall the way home.

As a fan of all things Templar...I must ask....geshwaaa? Necklace you say?

Geekery: I have a pewter Templar shield on my bag (keychain) and a pewter pendant (keychain) with the two knights one horse logo on my keys...both purchased in the UK at Rosslyn Chapel.
