They told Lovecraft stories to a bunch of eight year olds, and asked them to draw pictures of it. Brilliant!

Yeah, heard about that-how was it? Anything interesting happen?
I'm happy because...well, I'm not sure. Maybe it's because I feel more included than I have in a very long time. I can't explain it better than that.

It's FRIDAY! My brother and I are going to stay up all night drinking and yelling philosophy at one another. Best kind

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isnt me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like hes me. Look down, back up, where are you? Youre in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. Whats in your hand, back at me. I have it, its an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. Im on a quorl.

nearly drink o'clock, supposedly for the last time this year, untill the end of exams.
wile the veracity of that last statement remains unproven, Winter also started here, so all the more reason to drink more.

Through a maelstrom of venom filled "contact us" statements, shenanigans, and the remnants of a gift card I have managed to finagle The Crippled God, pre-ordered, for $5.00 real cash.
Joyous.
Joyous.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Multiple things.
1. My costume for the play is totally bitching. Not to mention that a crappy Salvos coat I bought for 20 bucks is in actual fact a trench coat, of which I have been searching for a long time. The costume looks like a combination between a hippy and an FBI agent.
2. Spent the night at a mate's house. Walked around, bought videos and goodies, stayed up until 2:00 watching the Big Bang Theory.
3. Went out into the city at 12:00 from mate's house to hang out with more of our friends. Met some very nice people.
4. Saw HP7. It was OK, I suppose.
5. Piza for dinner.
So, yeah. I am fairly happy.

Good news, everyone! Seems like my uncle, who got his "death sentence" a week ago, might maybe possibly make it after all! It seems as if the doctors have decided to try to shrink the tumors with chemo and then remove them when they've reached operable size. I'm optimistic as he did seem in quite good shape when we visited....now we just gotta wait and see what happens..
So thanks for all the prayers/ sacrificed chickens/goats/virgins! I'm sure that's what did it
