saturday night I returned home in my buddy's boots instead of mine... went there to give them back yesterday...
I returned home some 5 hours later after one of the best, most awesome after=parties ever. Total chill, totally positive energies, simply awesome really. Unplanned, too.

Good times.

ahhh drunk cricket fans, they used to get in my way all the time when i worked near the gabba

I am happy cos I chucked out 1/3 of my wardrobe over the weekend cos the clothes no longer fit :whistle:

The hardest part about that will be finding the bus station since I'm driving but sounds easy enough.

Nah, they're some shitty nu-metal band with pretensions to being hardcore, which describes all nu-metal really.
I saw them here once with Slayer and I could not for the life of me comprehend why they were marketed as one of the mainliners with Slayer while Children of Bodom were relegated to an opening act.
LoG was terrible. They had this roadie guy who was trying to pump up the crowd by throwing around silly insults and having no idea what was going on. Then the band finally decides that we'd payed to listen to music not some morons idea of speech.
Suffice to say the crowd wasn't impressed by the music either, we all just stood around checking our watches.
Thank god Slayer was there.

Ok, aside from Betty White's amazingness (loooove that picture, I think that will be my new wallpaper) I am also happy because I am going to the Montreal-Washington hockey game tomorrow. I've been to a lot of games but have yet to see Ovechkin play live and in the flesh...so hopefully it'll be good!
